General news item: As a retired lay-preacher of our church I have written a book entitled "Peace I leave you". As an aid to daily devotions it deals with various parts of the Bible and for each day of the year there is a Bible reading, a text and a meditation of, on average, 250 words. It is an A5 paperback with 210 pages of which 12 are colour photographs, one for each month of the year. All net proceeds are for the Methodist Relief and Development Fund.
